摘 要:瞬时压力控制系统适用于汽车运输系统的制动控制。对汽车瞬时压力控制系统充液管道参数进行研究,针对充液瞬时压力稳定控制的需求,通过优化充液管道参数来提高整体性能。在理论分析充液管道流体流动数学方程的基础上,应用AMEsim软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,充液管道直径对压力峰值的影响较大。当充液管道直径为22 mm时,系统具有最高的整体效能。充液管道直径越小,系统制动时间越长,充液管道出口和入口的压力冲击越大。充液管道越长,制动速度越慢,出口和入口的压力冲击也会越大。所做研究对提高汽车制动稳定性具有指导作用。The instantaneous pressure control system is suitable for braking control of automobile transportation system.The parameter of the liquid-filling pipeline of instantaneous pressure control system of automobile was studied,and the overall performance was improved by optimizing the parameter of liquid-filling pipeline according to the need of instantaneous pressure stability control of liquid-filling.Based on the theoretical analysis of mathematical equation of fluid flow in liquid-filling pipeline,AMEsim software was used for simulation analysis.The results show that the diameter of liquid-filling pipeline has a great influence on the pressure peak.When the diameter of liquid-filling pipeline is 22 mm,the system has the highest overall efficiency.The smaller the diameter of liquid-filling pipeline,the longer the system braking time,and the greater the pressure impact at the outlet and inlet of the liquid-filling pipeline.The longer the liquid-filling pipeline,the slower the braking speed and the greater the pressure impact at the outlet and inlet.The research done has a guiding effect on improving the braking stability of automobile.
