前列舒通胶囊联合美满霉素对慢性前列腺炎患者勃起功能及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列舒通胶囊联合美满霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月在郑州市第九人民医院就诊治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者86例,按照单双号形式分为例数相同的对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组采用美满霉素治疗,治疗组加入前列舒通胶囊联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果;比较两组症状评分、勃起功能评分、前列腺液WBC(白细胞计数)、炎性因子、不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(95.54%)较对照组高(83.72%)(P<0.05)。NIH-CPSI数据及WBC数据治疗前两组慢性前列腺炎患者无差异(P>0.05);NIH-CPSI数据及WBC数据治疗后治疗组较对照组降低显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组慢性前列腺炎患者的IIEF-5数据及EQS数据(P>0.05);IIEF-5数据及EQS数据治疗组治疗后较对照组提升显著(P<0.05)。IL-6、IL-10等炎性因子数据治疗前两组慢性前列腺炎患者(P>0.05);IL-6、IL-10等炎性因子数据治疗组治疗后较对照组降低显著(P<0.05)。两组患者均未在治疗期间发生不良反应。结论前列舒通胶囊联合美满霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎效果显著,性生活质量得到提升,相关症状得到改善,降低了炎性因子的表达,值得临床上应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with minomycin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods Totally 86 patients with chronic prostatitis treated in our Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases)and treatment group(43 cases)with the same number of cases according to the form of single and double numbers.The control group was treated with minomycin,and the treatment group was treated with Qianlieshutong capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared;The symptom score,erectile function score,WBC(white blood cell count)of prostatic fluid,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(95.54%)was higher than that of the control group(83.72%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in NIH-CPSI(prostatitis symptom score)and WBC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,NIH-CPSI and WBC of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);NIH-CPSI and WBC in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no dfference in IIEF-5(erectile function score)and EQS(erectile quality score)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,IIEF-5 and EQS of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);IIEF-5 and EQS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).IL-6(interleukin-6),IL-10(interleukin-10)and TNF-αin patients with chronic prostatitis in the two groups before treatment no difference(P>0.05);After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups compared with that before treatment.decreased(P<0.05);IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were significanly lower than those in the control goup(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Qianlieshutong capsule combined with minomycin is effective in the treatme
