摘  要:基于300M钢锻造全流程微观组织演化模型在DEFORM3D软件中进行了二次开发,建立了300M钢大型构件锻造全流程微观组织演化预测分析平台。为验证平台的可靠性,基于预测分析平台对300M钢圆柱试样锻造全流程过程的晶粒尺寸及再结晶体积分数进行了预测,并将其与实验结果对比发现,预测值与实验值的相关性系数均在0.95以上,表明所开发的锻造全流程微观组织预测分析平台准确可靠。进一步地,针对某型号300M钢大型飞机起落架因结构复杂导致微观组织难控的问题,在开发的预测分析平台上进行了全流程数值模拟。结果表明:飞机起落架锻件晶粒尺寸分布不均匀,端部中心、凸起部分区域发生了动态再结晶且晶粒细化较为明显,杆部动态再结晶程度低且平均晶粒尺寸粗大。Based on the microstructure evolution model of 300M steel in whole forging process,the secondary development was carried out in DEFORM3D software,the prediction and analysis platform of microstructure evolution in whole forging process of 300M steel large components was established.To verify the reliability of the platform,the grain size and recrystallization volume fraction of 300M steel cylindrical specimens in whole forging process were predicted based on the prediction and analysis platform,and compared with the experimental results,it is found that the correlation coefficient between the predicted and the experimental values is above 0.95,indicating that the developed prediction and analysis of microstructure evolution platform in whole forging process is accurate and reliable.Furthermore,aiming at the problem that the microstructure of a 300M steel large aircraft landing gear is difficult to control due to its complex structure,the whole process numerical simulation was carried out on the developed prediction and analysis platform.The results show that the grain size distribution of the aircraft landing gear forgings is uneven,dynamic recrystallization occurs in the center of end and bulge,and the grain refinement is obvious.The dynamic recrystallization degree of the rod part is low and the average grain size is coarse.
