摘 要:为了探究超声振动辅助孔挤压强化工艺对7050铝合金疲劳性能的影响,开展了有无超声振动辅助孔挤压强化试验,对比分析了超声振动对挤压力、孔径、金属堆积、表面粗糙度与表面形貌、残余应力和疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,超声振动辅助孔挤压强化后,试样孔壁表面粗糙度降低了67.86%,其孔壁表面粗糙度降低程度大于孔挤压强化;超声振动辅助孔挤压强化试样孔壁挤入端和挤出端的轴向挤压力小于孔挤压强化,减小了孔壁材料的轴向流动,增加了孔壁材料的径向塑性变形;超声振动辅助孔挤压强化试样和孔挤压强化试样的平均疲劳寿命分别是未挤压强化试样的1.5和1.2倍,超声振动辅助孔挤压强化试样的平均疲劳条纹宽度小于孔挤压强化试样和未挤压强化试样。To explore the influence of ultrasonic vibration assisted hole expansion strengthening process on the fatigue property of 7050 aluminum alloy,the hole expansion strengthening experiments with or without ultrasonic vibration assisted were carried out,and the effects of ultrasonic vibration on the expansion force,hole diameter,metal accumulation,surface roughness and surface morphology,residual stress and fatigue life were compared and analyzed.The results show that after ultrasonic vibration assisted hole expansion strengthening,the surface roughness of specimen hole wall decreases by 67.86%,and the reduction degree of surface roughness of hole wall for it is greater than that of hole expansion strengthening.The axial expansion force at the inlet and extrusion ends of ultrasonic vibration assisted hole expansion strengthening is smaller than that of hole expansion strengthening,which reduces the axial flow of hole wall material and increases the radial plastic deformation of hole wall material.The average fatigue life of ultrasonic vibration assisted hole extrusion strengthened specimen and hole extrusion strengthened specimen is 1.5 and 1.2 times of specimen without expansion strengthening,respectively.The average fatigue striation width of ultrasonic vibration assisted hole expansion strengthening specimen is smaller than that of hole expansion strengthening and that of specimen without expansion strengthening.
