摘 要:为满足皮尔格冷轧316L不锈钢管的高精度轧制技术需求,依据舍瓦金和米尔孔型设计原则,构建了两种轧辊孔型设计方案,并采用ABAQUS软件建立了多行程周期皮尔格冷轧过程的三维非线性有限元模型,模拟分析了316L不锈钢管从荒管到成品管轧制全程的金属塑性变形行为、轧制力演化及轧后残余应力分布等规律。结果表明,两种孔型的轧制力相当,管材应变随轧制进程逐步增加;采用米尔孔型时管材金属随周期送进和旋转发生了环向扭转,而采用舍瓦金孔型的金属环向塑性流动均匀,使得舍瓦金孔型轧制后管材的径向和环向残余应力相对较小。316L不锈钢管皮尔格冷轧后的尺寸及残余应力测试结果与计算结果一致,验证了数值模型的可靠性。To meet the high precision rolling technology requirements of Pilger cold rolled 316L stainless steel pipe,two types of groove design schemes of roller were constructed based on Shewakin and Meer groove design rules,and three-dimensional non-linear finite element model of multi-stroke periodic Pilger cold rolling process was established using ABAQUS software to simulate and analyze the laws of metal plastic deformation behaviors,rolling force evolution and residual stress distribution after rolling for 316L stainless steel pipe from initial rough pipe to finished pipe.The results show that the rolling force of the two kinds of groove is similar,and the strain of the pipe increases gradually with the rolling process.The circumferential torsion of the Meer groove pipe is found during periodic feeding and rotation,while the metal flow of the Shewakin groove is uniform in the circumferential plastic flow,which makes the radial and circumferential residual stress of the pipe after Shewakin rolling relatively small.The measurement results of size and the residual stress of 316L stainless steel pipes after Pilger cold rolling are consistent with the calculated results,which verifies the reliability of the numerical model.
