正六边形分形多胞薄壁管设计及多工况耐撞性分析

摘  要:基于分形理论,提出了一种新型的正六边形分形多胞薄壁管结构,并利用简化的超折叠单元理论及本构单元法推导了正六边形分形多胞薄壁管结构的平均碰撞力表达式。通过对比平均碰撞力理论解析解与数值模拟结果,验证了仿真模型的准确性。借助有限元仿真结果,分析比较了正六边形分形多胞薄壁管结构和当前较好的正六边形多胞薄壁管结构在碰撞角度为0°、10°、20°和30°的多工况下的耐撞性。结果表明:随着碰撞角度的增加,结构的变形模式从渐进折叠屈曲变为整体弯曲变形,吸能效果逐渐减弱。在同等质量下,正六边形分形多胞薄壁管结构吸能效果在各碰撞角度下较当前较好的正六边形多胞结构分别提升了11.81%、5.14%、2.05%和9.60%,证明了基于分形理论设计的薄壁管结构具有较好的耐撞性。Based on the fractal theory,a new type of regular hexagonal fractal multi-cell thin-walled tube structure was proposed,and the expression of average crushing force of regular hexagonal fractal multi-cell thin-walled tube structure was derived by the simplified super folding element theory and constitutive element method.The analytical solution of average crushing force theory was compared with the numerical simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.Through the finite element simulation results,the crashworthiness of the regular hexagonal fractal multi-cell thin-walled tube structure and the existing good regular hexagonal multi-cell thin-walled tube structure was analyzed and compared under multiple loading cases with collision angles of 0°,10°,20°and 30°.The results show that with the increase of the collision angle,the deformation mode of the structure changes from progressive folding buckling to global bending deformation,and the energy absorption effect decreases gradually.Under the same mass,the energy absorption effect of the regular hexagonal fractal multi-cell thin-walled tube structure is improved by 11.81%,5.14%,2.05%and 9.60%,respectively,compared with that of the existing good regular hexagonal multi-cell structure with each collision angle,which proves that the thin-walled tube structure based on fractal theory has good crashworthiness.
