摘 要:采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,研究了不同结构参数对飞机耳片接头在准静态拉伸中断裂载荷的影响,通过高强钛合金的延性断裂本构模型分别对4种结构形式的耳片接头进行了拉伸断裂模拟。结果表明,直耳片和锥形耳片在轴向拉伸时断裂载荷基本一致,通过优化孔心高度、耳孔外径、耳孔内径和定位块边长可有效增强耳片的断裂载荷。对于呈角度受载的耳片组合件,30°组合件内的直耳片和锥形耳片断裂载荷差距并不明显;60°组合件内的锥形耳片与直耳片相比,其纵向和横向断裂载荷均有明显增幅,这表明耳片接头的结构参数优化对其承载能力的提升至关重要。The effects of different structural parameters on fracture load of the aircraft lug joints in quasi-static tension were studied by combining numerical simulation and tests.The tensile fracture of four kinds of lug joints was simulated by ductile fracture constitutive model of high strength titanium alloy.The results show that the fracture loads of straight and oblique lugs are basically the same during axial tension.The fracture load can be effectively increased by optimizing the height of hole center,external diameter of lug hole,the internal diameter of lug hole and the side length of the fixed block.For an angle loaded lug assembling unit,there is no significant difference in fracture loads between straight and oblique lugs in 30°assembling unit,while the longitudinal and transverse fracture loads of oblique lug of 60°assembling unit have significant increase compared with the straight lug,which indicates that the optimization of structural parameters of lugs is crucial to the improvement of the bearing capacity.
