摘  要:为探究高钢级管材的断裂力学性能,将韧性断裂准则应用于管道钢的断裂失效评价中。设计了4类5种不同应力集中系数的X80管道钢拉伸试样来获取材料的基本力学性能参数和断裂应变,采用Ramberg-Osgood模型表述材料硬化效应,运用ABAQUS软件显示模块构建试样的对称有限元模型,进而使用实验-模拟混合法对实验中难以获取的应力三轴度和Lode参数进行提取,选取其中3种试样数据分别对3种断裂准则的断裂参数进行标定,用其余2种试样数据和构建材料断裂轨迹图来对不同准则的预测效果作进行对比分析。结果表明,采用实验-模拟混合法对不同应力集中系数试样的数据提取可以用于断裂准则的参数标定;DF2014韧性断裂准则对不同应力状态下的断裂行为预测更为准确和灵活,其损伤评价模型能够用于高强管道钢的韧性断裂预测。To investigate the fracture mechanical properties of high steel grade pipes,the ductile fracture criterion was applied to fracture failure evaluation of pipe steel.Four types of X80 pipe steel tensile specimens with five kinds of stress concentration coefficients were designed to obtain the basic mechanical property parameters and fracture strains of the material.The Ramberg-Osgood model was used to represent the hardening effects of the material,the display module of ABAQUS software was used to construct the symmetric finite element model of the specimens,and then the experimental-simulation hybrid method was used to extract the stress triaxiality and Lode parameters,which were difficult to obtain in the experiments.Three kinds of specimens data were selected to calibrate the fracture parameters for the three kinds of fracture criteria.The prediction results of different criteria were compared with the other two kinds of specimens data and the construction of material fracture trajectory diagrams.The results show that the data extracted from the specimens with different stress concentration coefficients by experimental-simulation hybrid method can be used to calibrate the fracture criterion parameters;the DF2014 ductile fracture criterion is more accurate and flexible in predicting fracture behaviour under different stress states,and its damage evaluation model can be used for ductile fracture prediction of high-strength pipe steels.
