可食地景理念在乡村景观营造中的应用研究——以黄山市屏山村为例

摘　　要：长期以来,可食地景主要见于城市景观设计。随着乡村振兴战略的实施,乡村旅游得到快速发展,可食地景在乡村景观设计的应用逐渐得到关注。本文以黄山市屏山村为例,引入可食地景理念,结合当地整体自然资源条件、历史文化与旅游资源,提出村落景观营造策略,探讨可食地景理念介入下乡村田园景观营造路径,以期为乡村景观营造提供设计参考。Edible landscape has long been seen mostly in urban landscape design.With the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has rapidly developed,and thus the application of edible landscape in rural landscape design has gradually gained attention.This paper takes Pingshan Village in Huangshan City as an example,proposes the rural landscaping design strategies by introducing the concept of edible landscaping and combining the overall natural resource conditions,local history and culture,and tourist resources.The paper explores the path of rural landscape design from the perspective of edible landscaping,with a view to providing references for the creation of rural landscapes.
