摘  要:为了使基于光纤光栅的船舶结构安全监测系统的测量结果更加准确,设计试验装置,定量研究预拉伸值、封装形式和封装基底等因素对光纤光栅(FBG)传感器温度灵敏度的影响;测试多个型号的光纤光栅传感器进行验证,并为船用光纤光栅应变传感器设计温度补偿传感器。研究结果表明:预拉状态和封装基底材料是影响光纤光栅传感器温度灵敏度的主要因素,使用与被补偿传感器一致的基底材料和封装工艺制作温度补偿传感器能够达到理想的效果。此外,研究中还给出了光纤光栅温度补偿传感器选择、设计的基本原则和方法。In order to make the measurement of the ship structure safety monitoring system based on fiber grating more accurate,an experimental device is designed to quantitatively study the influence of pretension value,packaging form,packaging substrate and other factors on the temperature sensitivity of fiber grating sensor,and several types of fiber grating sensors are tested as verification,and the experimental results are used to design a temperature compensation sensor for the marine fiber grating strain sensor.The research results indicate that,the pretension state and the packaging substrate material are the main factors affecting the temperature sensitivity of the fiber bragg grating(FBG)sensor.Using the substrate material and packaging process consistent with the compensated sensor to make the temperature compensation sensor can achieve ideal results.Moreover,the basic principles,methods for the selection and design of FBG temperature compensation sensors are presented.
