脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年6月上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心收治的高脂血症患者58例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,各29例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,试验组采用脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);治疗后,试验组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果显著,可改善患者血脂指标及炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zhibitai capsule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipid‐emia.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to Shanghai Pudong New Area Lujiazui Community Health Ser‐vice Center from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of twenty-nine cases each by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the experimen‐tal group was treated with Zhibitai capsule combined with atorvastatin.Compare the clinical efficacy,lipid index,inflammatory fac‐tor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);After treatment,the levels of to‐tal cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL cholesterol of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of HDL cholesterol was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treat‐ment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of the incidence of ad‐verse reactions between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhibitai cap‐sule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has a significant clinical effect,can improve the patients'lipid index and inflammatory factor level,and has a high degree of safety.
