护肺排毒方联合西药治疗放射性肺损伤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨护肺排毒方联合西药治疗放射性肺损伤的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年12月南通市如东县中医院肿瘤科收治的放射性肺损伤患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,试验组在其基础上应用护肺排毒方治疗。比较两组放射性肺损伤评级、肺功能、中医证候评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者放射性肺损伤评级比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、FEV1与FVC的比值和肺活量均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组气急气喘、胸闷胸痛、咳嗽咳痰、脉滑数评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护肺排毒方联合西药治疗放射性肺损伤临床效果显著,可改善患者肺功能和放射性肺损伤评级,降低临床症状表现。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Hufei Paidu formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of radioactive lung injury.Methods:Seventy patients with radioactive lung injury admitted to the Department of Oncology,Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Hufei Paidu formula on its basis.The two groups were compared in terms of radiological lung injury rating,lung function,and Chinese medicine symptom score.Results:After treatment,the difference in radioactive lung injury ratings between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.005);After treatment,the 1st second expiratory volume with exertion,expiratory lung capacity,ratio of FEV1 to FVC and lung capacity of both groups were higher than that before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of shortness of breath,chest tightness and chest pain,cough and sputum,and slippery pulse count were lower than before treatment in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hufei Paidu formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of radioactive lung injury has significant clinical effects,which can improve patients'lung function and radioactive lung injury ratings,and reduce clinical symptoms.
