补心气口服液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析补心气口服液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及心肌重构指标的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年5月惠民县妇幼保健院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠,观察组给予为沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合补心气口服液。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、症状消失时间、住院时间、心功能指标、心肌重构指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);观察组呼吸困难、胸痛、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数、6min步行距离、心排血量、每搏输出量高于对照组,左心室舒张末期直径低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后室间隔厚度、左心室舒张末期后壁厚度、左心室质量指数、血管紧张素Ⅱ、脑钠肽、醛固酮均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:老年慢性心力衰竭患者采取补心气口服液和沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合治疗,可以改善心肌重构指标,促进患者心功能恢复。Objective:To analyze the effects of Buxinqi oral liquid combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium on cardiac function and myocardial remodeling indexes of elderly chronic heart failure patients.Methods:One hundred cases of elderly chronic heart failure patients admitted to Huimin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with fifty cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given sacubitril valsartan sodium,and the observation group was given sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with Buxinqi oral liquid.Compare the clinical treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time,cardiac function index,myocardial remodeling index of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);The time of dyspnea,chest pain,disappearance of pulmonary wet rales and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance,cardiac output,and output per beat of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The thickness of interventricular septum,left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness,left ventricular mass index,angiotensinⅡ,brain natriuretic peptide,and aldosterone were lower than that of the control group after treatment in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly with Buxinqi oral liquid and sacubitril valsartan sodium can improve the index of myocardial remodeling and promote the recov
