综合护理对肝硬化失代偿期患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在肝硬化失代偿期患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年5月—2021年5月滨州市中心医院收治的120例肝硬化失代偿期患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理,比较两组患者遵医行为、生活质量、肝脏相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组总遵从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);护理后,试验组精神状态、社会关系、心理方面、生活功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、白蛋白、肝脏硬度水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:综合护理在肝硬化失代偿期患者护理过程中的应用效果显著,可提高患者遵医行为及生活质量,改善肝脏相关指标水平,治疗安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing process of patients with liver cirrhosis in decompensated stage.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of patients with cirrhosis in decompensated stage admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with sixty cases.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing care,comparing the compliance behavior,quality of life,liver-related indexes,and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004);After care,the scores of mental state,social relationship,psychological aspects,and life function of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of alanine aminotransferase,glutamine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,albumin,and liver hardness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing process of patients with cirrhosis in the decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis has significant effect,which can improve the patients'compliance behavior and quality of life,improve the level of liver-related indexes,and have high therapeutic safety.
