摘 要:目的:探讨预检分诊管理模式对外科门诊分诊质量改进的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年5月在深圳市第三人民医院外科门诊就诊的2009例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组(996例)和对照组(1013例)。对照组实施常规分诊模式,研究组采用预检分诊管理模式。比较两组分诊质量和分诊满意度。结果:研究组分诊准确率高于对照组,医疗纠纷率低于对照组,就诊等候时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组就诊速度、就诊环境、就诊流程、护士专业水平和人文关怀等满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:预检分诊管理可有效提高外科门诊分诊的分诊准确率和患者满意度,同时降低医疗纠纷率,缩短就诊等候时间,提升分诊质量水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of the pre-screening triage management model on the quality improvement of surgical outpatient triage.Methods:Two thousand and nine patients who attended the surgical outpatient clinic of the Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group(nine hundred and ninety-six cases)and the control group(one thousand one hundred and thirteen cases)according to the random number table method.The control group implemented the conventional triage model,and the study group adopted the pre-screening triage management model.The two groups were compared in terms of triage quality and triage satisfaction.Results:The accuracy rate of triage in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the rate of medical disputes was lower than that of the control group,and the waiting time for consultation was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.001);Satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group in terms of consultation speed,consultation environment,consultation process,professional level of nurses and humanistic care,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The pre-screening triage management can effectively improve the triage accuracy and patient satisfaction in the triage of surgical outpatient clinic,meanwhile reduce the rate of medical disputes,shorten the waiting time for consultation,and improve the quality level of triage.
