一例疑似犬钩端螺旋体感染引发肾衰竭的血液透析治疗

摘　　要：一贝灵顿犬在他院被诊断为肝肾功能衰竭,该犬同窝出现类似症状经保守治疗后死亡,遂转至我院希望进行血液净化治疗。该犬曾出现厌食、嗜睡、高热、呕吐和黄疸等症状,综合肝肾检查结果指标升高,以及主诉缺乏免疫驱虫史与存在老鼠接触史等因素,高度怀疑为钩端螺旋体感染。与宠主充分沟通后,对该犬使用抗生素配合血液透析和支持疗法。患犬对治疗反应良好,经过15天的治疗后痊愈出院。文章强调宠物钩端螺旋体病早期诊断和及时治疗的重要性,并突出了血液净化疗法在急性肾功能衰竭治疗中的有效性。A Bellington dog was diagnosed with liver and kidney failure in another hospital.The dog developed similar symptoms in the same litter and died after conservative treatment.Therefore,it was transferred to our hospital for blood purification treatment.The dog has experienced symptoms such as anorexia,drowsiness,high fever,vomiting,and jaundice.Combined with elevated liver and kidney examination results,as well as the main complaint of a lack of immune repellent history and a history of mouse contact,it is highly suspected of leptospira infection.After full communication with the pet owner,the antibiotics in combination with hemodialysis and supportive therapy were used for the dog.The affected dog responded well to treatment and was discharged after 15 days of treatment.The article emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment of leptospirosis in pets,and highlights the effectiveness of blood purification therapy in the treatment of acute renal failure.
