摘 要:随着现代医院面积大、病床多、医疗工艺复杂,为满足医疗建筑的管理需求,应设置建筑设备管理系统。文章介绍了建筑设备管理系统中的冷热源群控、空调通风、给排水、电力监控、发电机、景观照明、电梯等的监控管理设计;通过对这些系统的了解,明确各系统对建设绿色医院建筑和对可再生能源实施有效利用管理所起的重要作用,以及确保各系统在建筑全生命期内对建筑设备运行具有辅助支撑的功能。With the large area,numerous beds and complex medical process of modern hospitals,in order to meet the management needs of medical buildings,building equipment management system should be set up.This paper introduces the monitoring and management design of cold and heat source group control,air conditioning and ventilation,water supply and drainage,power monitoring,generator,landscape lighting,elevator and so on in building equipment management system.Through the understanding of these systems,it is clear that each system plays an important role in the construction of green hospital buildings and the implementation of effective utilization and management of renewable energy,as well as ensuring that each system has the function of auxiliary support for the operation of building equipment during the whole life of the building.
