城市数字经济对共同富裕的影响机制及作用效果

摘　　要：文章采用2011—2020年我国270个地级及以上城市的面板数据,从数字基础设施、数字产业发展、数字普惠金融三个维度测算出数字经济发展指数,同时从富裕度、共同度、可持续度三个维度测算出共同富裕指数,并研究城市数字经济对共同富裕的影响机制及作用效果。结果显示:(1)城市数字经济发展会正向影响共同富裕。从三个维度来看,数字基础设施、数字产业发展、数字普惠金融的发展都能够促进共同富裕的实现,而且数字产业发展对于共同富裕的影响最大。(2)数字经济通过产业结构升级、区域创新能力和社会消费效应影响共同富裕,其中产业结构升级的中介效应为6.01%,区域创新能力的中介效应为1.79%,社会消费效应的中介效应为5.74%。(3)在基础设施完善、城镇化水平高以及创业活跃度高的城市,数字经济发展对共同富裕的促进作用更强。This paper uses the panel data of 270 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2011 to 2020 to calculate the digital economy development index from the three dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital industry development,and digi-tal inclusive finance,then calculates the common affluence index from the three dimensions of richness,commonality and sustain-ability,and finally studies the influence mechanism and effect of urban digital economy on common affluence.The results are shown as follows:(1)The development of urban digital economy has a positive impact on common affluence.From three dimen-sions,the development of digital infrastructure,digital industry,and digital inclusive finance can all promote the realization of common affluence,and the development of the digital industry has the greatest impact on common affluence.(2)Digital economy affects common affluence through upgrading of industrial structure,regional innovation ability,and social consumption effect.The intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading is 6.01%,with the intermediary effect of regional innovation ability be-ing 1.79%,and that of social consumption effect 5.74%.(3)In cities with well-developed infrastructure,high levels of urbaniza-tion,and high entrepreneurial activity,the development of the digital economy has a stronger promoting effect on common afflu-ence.
