摘 要:为进一步降低某款现役青砖茶专用液压机的制造费用,利用有限元法对该液压机上横梁进行受力和形变分析,评估了安装孔特征对分析结果的影响程度。采用命令流形式建立了上横梁结构的数学模型,依据建模时布尔运算增加或减少体积对模型中13个尺寸参数进行分组,按照不分组和分组两种形式以子迭代方式进行尺寸优化。结果显示,优化后横梁应力处在25~100 MPa范围的区域相比优化前有所增大,而最大应力发生位置没有改变,均处于立柱筒与横梁对角筋板交接的下表面。优化后横梁形变的过渡区域更大,而最大形变发生位置没有改变,均处于油缸与上横梁安装基准面。液压机横梁应力应变的分布更加趋于合理,且分组优化过程收敛更快,目标值更优。相较于原有的设计尺寸,上横梁质量由1294 kg下降至975.8 kg,可节约24.6%材料,有效降低了设备的制造成本。To reduce the manufacturing cost of a dedicated hydraulic press for green brick tea,we introduced the stress and deformation analysis on the upper beam,and evaluated the impact of mounting holes characteristics on the analysis results.A mathematical model of the upper beam was built in the form of command stream,then 13 dimensional parameters in the form of non-grouping and grouping were imported into ANSYS and optimized by sub iteration.The results show that the area with stress in the range of 25-100 MPa increases after optimization,while the maximum stress position during optimization is consistent,which is located on the lower surface of the intersection between the column tube and the ribbed plate.The transition area of the crossbeam deformation is larger after optimization,while the maximum deformation position during optimization is consistent,which is located on the installation surface of the oil cylinder and crossbeam.It is demonstrated that the stress and strain distribution of the upper beam of hydraulic press is more reasonable with faster convergence process by parameters grouped iteration.Compared to the original parameters,the mass of the upper beam decreases from 1294 kg to 975.8 kg,which can save 24.6%material and reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment effectively.
