摘　　要：党的二十大后我国在中东的外交活动开启了我国与中东国家外交事业新篇章,能源合作正是此次外交活动的重中之重,这与党的二十大报告提出“加快规划建设新型能源体系”相得益彰。梳理了新型能源体系的定义、目标、特征、背景、研究现状,围绕完善能源供应安全、重构能源结算体系、开展能源业务合作等方面分析了此次外交活动和中东能源合作对新型能源体系的积极影响,明晰了上述内容需要正视的困难,以期对我国正在规划建设的新型能源体系提供若干参考。After the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s diplomatic activities in the Middle East opened a new chapter in the diplomatic cause between China and the Middle East countries.Energy cooperation is the top priority of this diplomatic activity,which is in line with the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that“accelerate the planning and construction of a new energy system.”The definition,objectives,characteristics,background and research status of the new energy system are reviewed,the positive impact of this diplomatic activity and Middle East energy cooperation on the new energy system from the aspects of improving energy supply security,reconstructing energy settlement system and carrying out energy business cooperation are analyzed,and the difficulties that need to be addressed in the above content are clarified,in order to provide some reference for the new energy system that China is planning and constructing.
