摘  要:我国南海东部海域深层古近系资源潜力巨大,但多发育风化壳、煤层,其中煤层特别是煤泥互层井壁失稳风险高,钻完井过程中复杂情况频发,极大阻碍了勘探开发进程。针对南海东部某油田古近系复杂煤层的井壁稳定技术难题,通过对煤岩微观结构、力学性能等分析,探讨了其井壁失稳机理,并提出了基于“物理封堵-化学固结-抑制水化”的“多元协同”稳定井壁钻井液技术对策,构建了适合南海东部某油田古近系复杂煤层的防塌钻井液配方。评价结果表明,该钻井液配方具有较好的流变性、滤失性、润滑性、封堵性及抑制性,抗污染性能优良,且可在一定程度上提高复杂煤层岩样的抗压强度,有利于复杂煤层井壁稳定,符合现场钻井工程需要。The deep Paleogene resources in the eastern part of the South China Sea have huge potential,but weathering crust and coal seams are often developed.The instability risk of coal seam,especially the interbedded coal slime well wall is high,and complex situations occur frequently during drilling and completion,which greatly hindering the exploration and development process.Aiming at the technical problems of borehole stability of complex coal seam of Paleogene in an oilfield in the eastern South China Sea,the mechanism of borehole instability is discussed through the analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties of coal rock,and the technical countermeasures of“multiple cooperative”borehole stability drilling fluid based on“physical plugging-chemical consolidation-hydration inhibition”are put forward.An anti-collapsing drilling fluid formula suitable for complex coal seam of Paleogene in an oilfield in the eastern South China Sea is constructed.The evaluation results show that the drilling fluid formula has good rheology,fluid loss,lubrication,plugging and inhibition,excellent anti-pollution performance,and can improve the compressive strength of complex coal seam samples to a certain extent,which is conducive to the stability of complex coal seam wall,in line with the needs of field drilling engineering.
