摘　　要：“一带一路”建设为我国企业参与国际电力总承包市场竞争创造了历史机遇。在国际电力EPC项目投标过程中,总承包商应仔细研读招标文件,尤其是合同条款,分析项目潜在的风险,做好标前决策和投标策划,实现风险可控。The national strategy“One Belt,One Road”has created historical opportunities for Chinese enterprises to participate in the competition of international EPC power market.In the bidding stage,EPC Contractors should study carefully the bidding documents,especially the contract conditions,analyze all potential risks and make a good pre-bid decisions and bid planning,and try to keep risks under control.
