摘 要:随着生活垃圾焚烧成为大部分城市处理生活垃圾的主要手段,生活垃圾焚烧发电站的臭气防治,也越来越重要。通过分析垃圾焚烧发电站臭气的形成过程、分布区域及组成成分,并从设计及施工两个方面阐述臭气防治的主要措施。设计方面主要是通过保持负压,减少臭气外逸,并将臭气输送至焚烧炉内燃烧降解。施工方面主要是通过施工质量控制,包括混凝土浇筑质量、墙体砌筑质量及管道安装质量,保证相关建(构)筑物及工艺管道的密闭性能,减少臭气外逸。Waste incineration power plant has become the main method for domestic garbage disposal.How to prevent stench gas from leaking and affecting the surrounding environment is becoming more and more important.This paper analyzes the formation process,distribution area,and composition of stench gas in the waste incineration power plant,and expounds the main measures for odor control from two aspects:design and construction.In terms of design,the main approach is to maintain negative pressure,and transport odor to the incinerator for combustion and degradation.In terms of construction,the main measures are to control the quality of concrete pouring,wall masonry,and pipeline installation,ensuring the airtightness of relevant buildings(structures)and process pipelines,and reducing the escape of odor.
