国产芳纶纸浸胶特性研究

摘　　要：芳纶纸蜂窝由于其结构的特殊性,具有质轻、高强等特性,被广泛地应用于航空、航天、轨道交通等领域。30年来,我国的芳纶纸蜂窝生产制造一直以进口的Nomex芳纶纸为主,对于国产芳纶纸的芳纶纸蜂窝制造工艺研究甚少,该文利用国产芳纶与Nomex芳纶纸从纸张的特性、浸胶工艺性及固化特性等角度,对国产芳纶纸和Nomex进行分析,对国产芳纶纸制造芳纶纸蜂窝的工艺选择给出一定的指导。Aramid paper honeycomb is widely used in aviation,aerospace,rail transit and other fields because of its particularity of structure,light weight,high strength and so on.In the past 30 years,the honeycomb production of aramid paper in China has been dominated by imported Nomex aramid paper,but there is little research on the honeycomb manufacturing process of domestic aramid paper.This paper analyzes domestic aramid paper and Nomex from the point of view of paper characteristics,dipping process and curing characteristics of domestic aramid paper and Nomex aramid paper,and gives some guidance for the process selection of domestic aramid paper honeycomb.
