摘 要:该文首先针对传统提综机构的工作原理进行介绍和说明,分析传统提综机构的优缺点,并指出传统提综机构在编织三维织物运动过程中,由于单棕眼综丝结构等问题导致开口数量较少,经纱摩擦次数增加,引起编织效率低下,经纱毛羽增加等问题。提出一种全新的基于多棕眼综丝,多级行程的提综装置,双级气缸和电机轮盘组成的动力装置可以切换行程,通过和多棕眼综丝配合,增加更多的开口数量,最后通过实验样机进行验证,能够在有效提高织造效率的同时,保证织物产品的质量,减少纱线毛羽的产生。First of all,this paper introduces and explains the working principle of the traditional heald mechanism,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional heald mechanism,and points out problems with the traditional heald mechanism,for example,in the process of knitting three-dimensional fabric movement,the single-brown-eye heald wire structure and other problems lead to a small number of openings,the increase of warp friction times result in low knitting efficiency,increased warp hairiness and other problems.Thus,a new kind of heald based on multi-brown-eye heald is put forward.The multi-stage stroke lifting device,the power device composed of two-stage cylinder and motor disk can switch the stroke and increase the number of openings by cooperating with multi-brown-eye heald wire,which is finally verified by the experimental prototype,thereby can effectively improve the weaving efficiency,ensure the quality of fabric products and reduce the production of yarn hairiness.
