区域医疗信息化云计算服务平台设计及实现

摘　　要：加快推进医疗卫生信息系统建设,既是医疗体制改革的一个重要方向,同时也能精简看病流程,为病患提供更加便捷的医疗服务。在这一背景下,该文设计区域医疗信息化云计算服务平台。首先介绍该平台的总体架构,以及基础设施层、应用层、服务提供层的具体设计内容。随后以居民健康档案管理系统为例,对云计算服务的部署方案和运维方式展开简要分析。该平台可实现居民健康信息的共享,为医生远程诊疗和居民了解自身健康状况提供方便,具有较大的应用潜力。Accelerating the construction of medical and health information system is not only an important direction of medical system reform,but also can simplify the process of seeing a doctor and provide more convenient medical services for patients.Under this background,this paper designs a regional medical information cloud computing service platform.First of all,this paper introduces the overall architecture of the platform,as well as the specific design contents of the infrastructure layer,application layer and service provision layer.Then,taking the resident health records management system as an example,the deployment scheme and operation and maintenance mode of cloud computing services are briefly analyzed.The platform can realize the sharing of residents'health information,provides convenience for doctors'remote diagnosis and treatment and residents'understanding of their own health status,and has great application potential.
