摘 要:伴随着我国交通建设领域的高速发展,立体交叉桥梁的拆除、改造、扩建日益增多,传统的静力爆破、机械破碎等施工方法需要投入大量劳动力和机械设备,施工进度缓慢,还会给既有结构留下安全隐患,已无法满足施工需要。对于既有上跨铁路桥梁,安全、快速、简单、低噪声、无粉尘及高效的拆除成为重中之重的关键施工技术,施工过程中也应用各种新研发的施工技术。近年来绳锯切割广泛应用于在钢筋混凝土结构拆除工程中。该文结合牡丹江市既有上跨铁路框构桥虹云桥绳锯切割拆除施工工程实例,对拆除施工方法、防护措施、注意事项进行阐述。实践证明,该施工方法相对于传统的静力爆破、机械破碎等施工方法操作更安全可靠,最大程度地保证既有结构的稳定性和安全性,具有很大的参考价值,期望能够给相关的技术人员提供一定的技术理论参考。With the rapid development of traffic construction in our country,the demolition,reconstruction and expansion of interchange bridges are increasing day by day.The traditional construction methods such as static blasting and mechanical crushing require a lot of labor and mechanical equipment,and the construction progress is slow,and the safety hazard to the existing structure makes itimpossible to meet the construction needs.For the existing upper-span railway bridges,safe,fast,simple,low-noise,dust-free and efficient demolition has become the most important key construction technology,and a variety of newly developed construction technologies have also been applied in the construction process.in recent years,rope saw cutting has been widely used in reinforced concrete structure demolition projects.Based on the construction example of rope saw cutting and demolition of Hongyun Bridge of the existing upper span railway frame bridge in Mudanjiang City,this paper expounds the demolition construction method,protective measures and matters needing attention.Practice shows that this construction method is more safe and reliable than the traditional static blasting,mechanical crushing and other construction methods,and ensures the stability and safety of the existing structure to the greatest extent,and has great reference value.This paper is expected to provide some technical and theoretical reference to the relevant technical personnel.
