摘　　要：国家能源集团提出以“发电+”模式拓展综合能源业务,通过路径探索、规划指导、示范建设、应用推广等措施,推动发电企业向综合能源供应商转型,形成可进化、可复制、可推广的发展模式,助力城市绿色低碳发展。国家能源集团坚持大胆试点、研发核心技术、应用首台(套)装备等发展理念,取得了发展模式、技术装备等一系列突破性进展。宁海电厂七联供、常州电厂综合能源服务、沧东电厂海水淡化、肇庆电厂火储调频等示范项目的成功建设与运营,已成为发电企业综合能源转型的典型代表。以江苏公司为代表的区域级综合能源示范企业,立足政策和用户导向,发挥区域和自身优势,以协同开发和梯级利用为主要措施,开展多能供应、固弃物精加工、污泥耦合发电等业务,大幅提升了能源综合利用效率以及非电业务利润。发布国内首套大型能源集团级的“发电+”综合能源系列典型技术路线与案例集,为煤电企业向综合能源供应商转型发展提供了强有力指导。CHN Energy has proposed to develop integrated energy business in the"Power Generation Plus"mode,and promoted the transformation of power generation enterprises into integrated energy suppliers by path exploration,planning&guidance,demonstration&construction,application and extension means to generate an evolvable,replicable and scalable development model,assisting cities to develop in a green and low-carbon manner.By adhering to the development concept of carrying out pilot programs in a bold manner,researching and developing core technologies and applying the first set of equipment,CHN Energy has made a series of breakthroughs in development mode,technology and equipment.The successful construction and operation of demonstration projects such as the combined supply mode developed by Ninghai Power Plant,the integrated energy services provided by Changzhou Power Plant,seawater desalination by Cangdong Power Plant and the thermal energy storage and frequency modulation by Zhaoqing Power Plant have become typical representatives of comprehensive energy transformation for power generation enterprises.Regional comprehensive energy demonstration enterprises represented by Jiangsu Company,based on policies and user orientation,give full play to their location and own advantages,take collaborative development and cascade utilization as the main measures,and carry out multi-energy supply,solid waste fine processing,sludge coupled power generation and other businesses,which greatly improve the efficiency of comprehensive energy utilization and the profitability of non-electricity businesses.The first typical technical route and case set of"power generation+"comprehensive energy series at the level of large energy groups in China was released,which provided strong guidance for the transformation and development of coal-fired power enterprises to integrated energy suppliers.
