摘 要:110302大倾角煤层工作面受金家渠煤矿逆断层(西翼)构造影响,制约矿井采掘接续。基于钻探、物探手段研判工作面下部沿运输巷走向616~1084m、沿倾向1~52号支架对应区域内(0~75m)的煤层出现翻转、分叉等地质异常现象,经多方论证,制定缩短工作面的设计并开展工程实践。缩短工作面设计涉及措施工程施工、煤流系统改造、设备回撤安装等方面,需要系统思考、综合设计。该工程包括重新施工110302工作面皮带运输巷(Ⅱ),避开地质构造影响区;施工转载巷、回撤通道等措施工程,形成新的回采系统;将工作面1~57号支架及对应区域的刮板输送机进行回收,将原皮带运输巷内破碎机、转载机安装到皮带运输巷(Ⅱ);通过原皮带运输巷、转载巷、皮带运输巷(Ⅱ)形成新的煤流运输系统,最终实现大倾角煤层工作面缩面后的正常回采。通过探讨大倾角煤层工作面缩面的关键技术和实现路径,为宁东矿区复杂采煤层开采提供了新的安全管控措施。The 110302 large-dip coal seam working face is affected by the reverse faults at Jinjiaqu Coal Mine(west wing)structure,which restricts the mining and excavation continuity of the mine.Based on drilling and geophysical exploration methods,it was determined that there were geological anomalies such as turnover and bifurcation in the coal seam along the strike of the haulage roadway at 616~1084 m and along the trend of No.1~52 supports in the corresponding area(0~75 m)below the working face.After extensive discussion,a design was developed to shorten the working face and engineering practices were carried out.The design of reduced working face involves measures for construction,coal flow system transformation,equipment withdrawal and installation,and requires systematic thinking and comprehensive design.The project includes the reconstruction of the belt conveyor roadway(II)at working face 110302 to avoid the impact of geological structures;Construction of transfer roadways,withdrawal passages,and other measures to form a new mining system;Recycle of Nos.1~57 supports on the working surface and the scraper conveyors in the corresponding area,and installation of crushers and loaders in the original belt conveyor roadway to the belt conveyor roadway(II);and establishment of a new coal flow transportation system through the original belt transportation roadway,the transfer roadway,and the belt transportation roadway(II),which ultimately enables normal mining after the reduction of the working face in the large-dip seam.By exploring the key technologies and implementation paths for the reduction of working faces in large-dip coal seams,new safety control methods have been provided for the mining in complex and difficult coal seams at Ningdong mining area.
