布尔台煤矿新盘区永久避难硐室设计实例

摘　　要：根据布尔台煤矿开拓布局,12上煤新盘区需设置永久避难硐室,结合矿井条件优选了永久避难硐室位置,布置在明安木独回风立井井底附近、两大巷煤柱之间。为营造快速救灾条件,在地面风井场地布置直通硐室内的钻孔,保证联络通信及物资输送。结合围岩条件,优化了硐室断面及支护方式,进行了硐室的生存保障系统设计和施工,完善了硐室功能,满足了安全生产需要。According to the development layout of the Buertai Coal Mine,a permanent refuge chamber is required in the new panel of the 12th coal transportation roadway.The location of the permanent refuge chamber is optimized based on the conditions of the mine,and it is arranged near the bottom of the Ming'an Mudu return air shaft and between two main roadway coal pillars.In order to create a rapid disaster relief condition,the boreholes in the ground air shaft site are arranged to ensure communication and material transportation.Based on the surrounding rock conditions,the chamber section and support method are optimized,and the survival support system design and construction of the chamber are carried out.The chamber functions are improved to meet the work safety needs.
