数字素养对农户创业行为的影响研究——基于CFPS家庭追踪调查数据

摘　　要：选取2016年和2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,实证检验了数字素养对农户创业行为的影响,并分析数字素养对农户创业行为的作用机制。研究结果表明:数字素养对农户创业行为具有明显地推动作用,数字素养对农户创业行为的影响具有社会网络和金融借贷效应。此外,数字素养在性别、受教育程度上对农户创业行为的影响存在差异性。据此,建议深入推进数字技术普及,加强农户数字素养培育,充分利用数字技术新兴领域发展红利,推进数字赋能工程的落实进程。The data of the China Household Longitudinal Survey(CFPS)in 2016 and 2018 are selected to study the impact of digital literacy and mechanism of digital literacy on farmers’entrepreneurial behavior.The results show that digital literacy promotes farmers’entrepreneurial behavior with social network and financial lending effects.In addition,the impacts of digital literacy on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers are different in gender and education level.Therefore,the popularization of digital technology and farmers’digital literacy should be improved to promote the implementation of projects empowered by digital technology with the development dividends of emerging digital fields.
