摘 要:【目的】探明普洱市景东烟区不同地貌类型(坝区、山地)对植烟土壤和烟叶质量的影响,并对其进行综合评价,为当地优质烟叶的生产提供参考。【方法】以景东县植烟土壤和云烟87为研究对象,测定土壤理化特性和烟叶的常规化学成分、外观质量、感官质量,并进行土壤养分、烟叶化学成分适宜性评价及烟叶质量综合评价。【结果】不同地貌类型植烟土壤的理化特性和烟叶的常规化学成分、外观质量、感官质量存在一定差异。植烟土壤质量:坝区土壤肥力适宜性在Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的占比分别为33.33%、44.45%和22.22%,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级所占比均为0,土壤肥力适宜性指数(SFI)均值为0.68,山地分别为66.67%、11.11%和22.22%,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级所占比均为0,SFI均值为0.69,山地土壤肥力适宜性在Ⅰ级的占比较坝区高33.34百分点。烟叶质量:坝区上、中部烟叶化学成分适宜性指数(CCUI)分别为0.79和0.91,山地分别为0.81和0.92,坝区上部烟叶化学成分适宜性Ⅱ级以上的占比较山地低11.12百分点,中部烟叶化学成分适宜性Ⅰ级以上的占比较山地低22.23百分点;坝区上、中部烟叶的外观质量综合得分分别为6.55分和7.31分,山地分别为7.40分和7.85分,其上、中部烟叶综合得分分别较坝区高0.85分和0.54分;坝区上、中部烟叶感官质量评吸总分分别为6.84分和7.33分,山地分别为7.14分和7.47分,其上、中部烟叶评吸总分分别较坝区高0.30分和0.14分;坝区上、中部烟叶质量的综合得分分别为71.25分和77.33分,山地分别为73.34分和78.86分,其不同部位烟叶质量均表现较坝区好。【结论】普洱市景东县山地的土壤肥力适宜性、烟叶化学成分适宜性以及烟叶质量均优于坝区,可通过适当扩大山地植烟面积,以达提高烤烟产质量目的。【Objective】The effects of different geomorphic types(plain and mountainous area)on soil and quality of tobacco leaves in Jingdong tobacco-planting area,Pu’er City were explored and comprehensively evaluated to provide a reference for production of local quality tobacco leaves.【Method】The physicochemical properties of tobacco-planting soil and conventional chemical composition,appearance quality and sensory quality of Yunyan 87 are determined.The state of soil nutrients,suitability of tobacco chemical composition and quality of tobacco leaves were comprehensively evaluated.【Result】There were certain differences in physicochemical properties of tobacco-planting soil and conventional chemical composition,appearance quality and sensory quality of tobacco leaves in different geomorphic types.The proportion of soil fertility suitability in plain area atⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤlevel was 33.33%,44.45%,22.22%,0 and 0 respectively and the average value of soil fertility suitability index was 0.68.The proportion of soil fertility suitability in mountainous area atⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤlevel was 66.67%,11.11%,22.22%,0 and 0 respectively and the average value of soil fertility suitability index was 0.69.The proportion of soil fertility suitability atⅠlevel in mountainous area was 33.34 percentage points higher than in plain area.The chemical composition suitability index(CCUI)of upper and middle tobacco leaves in plain area was 0.79 and 0.91.The chemical composition suitability index of upper and middle tobacco leaves in mountainous area was 0.81 and 0.91.The proportion of chemical composition suitability of upper tobacco leaves atⅠandⅡlevel in plain area was 11.12 percentage points lower than in mountainous area and the proportion of chemical composition suitability of middle tobacco leaves atⅠlevel in plain area was 22.23 percentage points lower than in mountainous area.The comprehensive score of appearance quality of upper and middle tobacco leaves in plain and mountainous area was 6.55 and 7.31,and 7.40
