摘 要:【目的】分离对烟草青枯病菌具有拮抗作用的细菌并对菌株进行分类、鉴定,以丰富烟草青枯病生防菌菌种资源。【方法】从健康烟株根际土壤中筛选拮抗菌株,测定其形态、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列等,并对菌株进行分类鉴定,通过盆栽试验验证拮抗菌对烟草青枯病菌的拮抗活性及其对烟株的促生作用。【结果】在烟株根际土壤中分离获得1株对烟草青枯病有明显抑制作用的菌株TBWR1,序列基因登录号为EF562603,菌株TBWR1与枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis KC849252和Bacillus subtilis MN062963在同一分支上且同源性达85%,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);该菌株对烟草青枯病的生防效果达71.1%,并能显著促进烟草株高、叶长、茎围生长和根系生物量增加。【结论】枯草芽孢杆菌TBWR1可作为烟草病害生物防治的候选菌株,在烟草青枯病防治中具有潜在价值。【Objective】The screened strain with an antagonism against tobacco bacterial wilt was classified and identified to enrich biocontrol bacteria resources against tobacco bacterial wilt.【Method】The morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA sequence of the antagonistic strain screened from rhizosphere soil of health tobacco plants were determined,and then the screened strain was classified and identified.The antagonistic activity against tobacco bacterial wilt and promoting tobacco growth effect of the screened strait were verified by a pot test.【Result】Strain TBWR1 with an evident inhibiting effect against tobacco bacterial wilt was successfully isolated from rhizosphere soil of health tobacco plants and the GenBank ID of the sequence gene was EF562603.Strain TBWR1,Bacillus subtilis KC849252 and B.subtilis MN062963 were on the same branch and their homology reached 85%.Strain TBWR1 was identified as B.subtilis.The biocontrol effect ofstrain TBWR1 against tobacco bacterial wilt reached 71.1%.Strain TBWR1 could promote growth of height,leaf length,stem girth and root system of tobacco plants significantly.【Conclusion】Strain TBWR1 with the potential value in control of tobacco bacterial wilt could be used as a candidate strain in biocontrol of tobacco diseases.
