摘 要:【目的】了解浙江省蜉蝣目昆虫资源和系统地掌握浙江省内蜉蝣目昆虫多样性,为利用蜉蝣监控浙江省各地水质状况奠定基础。【方法】以形态学鉴定为基础,结合DNA条形码技术分析浙江省内的蜉蝣物种多样性。【结果】基于形态特征鉴别出宜兴宽基蜉、安徽宽基蜉、紫金柔裳蜉等44种蜉蝣,其中,小刺四节蜉、黑脉假二翅蜉、紫假二翅蜉等13种的稚虫以前未曾报道。基于遗传距离和系统发生关系的DNA条形码标记支持形态鉴定的42种,而中华越南蜉和大别山越南蜉因遗传距离仅1.1%,推测大别山越南蜉为中华越南蜉的同物异名,中华越南蜉为有效物种。同时发现,逸仙丽翅蜉存在2个隐存种、紫眼黑四节蜉存在1个隐存种,红柱四节蜉存在2个隐存种。【结论】DNA条形码技术在辅助蜉蝣稚虫物种鉴定方面是有效方法。【Objective】The insect resources and diversity of Ephemeroptera in Zhejiang Province were systematically investigated to lay the foundation for monitoring water quality by using mayfly in Zhejiang Province.【Method】The species diversity of mayflies was analysed by morphological identification and DNA barcode technique.【Result】44 mayfly species were identified according to morphological characteristics and the nymphs of 13 mayfly species were first reported.42 morphologically identified species were supported by the DNA barcode label based on genetic distance and phylogenetic relationships.Due to the genetic distance between Vietnamella sinensis and V.dabieshanensis was 1.1%only,V.dabieshanensis is speculated as a synonym of V.sinensis,which meant that Vietnamella sinensis was an effective species.Meanwhile,there were two cryptic species in Alainites yixian,one cryptic species in Nigrobaetis purpurata and two cryptic species in Baetis rutilocylindratus.【Conclusion】The DNA barcode technique is an effective assistant method in identification of mayfly nymph species.
