摘  要:目的:探讨9种重楼属植物叶中甾体皂苷有效成分和主成分的差异。方法:采用液质联用(LC-MS)技术定性分析9种重楼属植物叶中甾体皂苷有效成分和主成分的差异及相关性。结果:金线重楼、南重楼、七叶一枝花叶中均检测到重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅲ(薯蓣皂苷)、重楼皂苷Ⅴ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、重楼皂苷Ⅶ、重楼皂苷H、纤细薯蓣皂苷8种甾体皂苷有效成分,黑籽重楼、多叶重楼、滇重楼(阔瓣)叶中检测到7种甾体皂苷有效成分,滇重楼、毛重楼叶中检测到6种甾体皂苷有效成分,长柱重楼叶中检测到4种甾体皂苷有效成分,其中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、纤细薯蓣皂苷是重楼属植物叶中的主要存在形式;根据重楼属植物叶正离子模式下液质数据的主成分分析(PCA)模型可将长柱重楼、金线重楼、滇重楼、多叶重楼、南重楼、七叶一枝花聚为一类,其主要成分无显著差异。结论:金线重楼、南重楼、七叶一枝花叶中8种主要甾体皂苷有效成分和化学成分种类无显著差异。Objective To investigate the differences and correlation of the active ingredients of steroid saponins and principal component in the leaves of Paris L..Methods The differences and correlation of the active ingredients of steroid saponins and principal component in the leaves of Paris L.were qualitative analysis by LC-MS.Results Detect the active ingredients of PolyphyllinⅠ,PolyphyllinⅡ,PolyphyllinⅢ(Dioscin),PolyphyllinⅤ,PolyphyllinⅥ,PolyphyllinⅦ,Polyphyllin H and Gracillinin the leaves of P.delavayi,P.vietnamensis and var.chinensis,thereare sevenactive ingredientsin the leaves of P.thibetica,P.polyphylla and var.yunnanensis-1and six active ingredients in the leaves of P.mairei and var.yunnanensis,but only four active ingredients in the leaves of P.forrestii,PolyphyllinⅠand Gracillin was the main form of steroid saponins in the leaves of Paris L.;P.delavayi,P.vietnamensis,P.forrestii,P.polyphylla,var.chinensis and var.yunnanensis can be classified into one categories according to the PCA model of the data of LC-MS under the positive ion mode of Paris L..Conclusion There is little differences of active ingredients of steroid saponins and chemical composition in the leaves of P.delavayi,P.vietnamensis and var.chinensis.
