摘　　要：目前玫瑰痤疮的西医发病机制尚不完全明确,西医治疗常反复发作,且光电治疗价格高昂、疗程较长。中医药在治疗玫瑰痤疮方面辨证施治,有起效快、疗效佳、不易反复的优点。三焦理论起源于温病辨证体系,现代医家论治皮肤病也多从三焦理论着手。刘毅主任医师从三焦理论分析玫瑰痤疮的病因、辨证、选方,在临床取得良好疗效。At present,the western medicine pathogenesis of rosacea is not completely clear,and the western medicine treatment is often repeated,and the photoelectric treatment is expensive and the course of treatment is longer.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea syndrome differentiation,has the advantages of quick onset,good efficacy,and not easy to repeat.The triple energizer theory originated from the syndrome differentiation system of febrile diseases,and modern physicians also started from the triple energizer theory in treating skin diseases.Director Liu Yi,a Chinese medicine teacher,analyzed the cause,syndrome differentiation and prescription of rosacea according to the triple energizer theory,and achieved good clinical effects.
