内热针治疗髌下脂肪垫炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究内热针疗法治疗髌下脂肪垫炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于我科的60例髌下脂肪垫炎患者,随机分为2组,对照组给予口服药物治疗,观察组给予内热针治疗,两组治疗结束后分别在2周、3个月进行疗效判定。结果:治疗后两组在2周、3个月VAS评分均具有显著的下降,Lysholm评分有显著的提高,两组比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组有效率比较,对照组有效率83.3%,观察组有效率为90%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组。结论:通过内热针治疗对于髌下脂肪垫炎患者的临床症状缓解明显,尤其对膝关节疼痛和关节功能的改善方面疗效显著,治疗周期短,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。Objective To Observe the clinical effect of internal heat acupuncture on patients with subpatellar fat pad inflammation.Methods 60 patients with subpatellar fat pad inflammation were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with internal heat acupuncture and the control group was treated with oral medication,the curative effect was evaluated at 2 weeks and 3 months after treatment in both groups.Results After 2 weeks and 3 months treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the Lysholm scores were significantly increased.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions The clinical symptoms of patients with infra-patellar fat pad inflammation were obviously relieved by internal heat acupuncture,especially for knee joint pain and improvement of joint function.The treatment period was short and the patients were easy to accept,worthy of clinical promotion.
