基于数据挖掘探析糖尿病肾脏病的中药组方规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承计算平台挖掘近10年当代医家治疗糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)的中药组方规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库Sinomed、中国知识资源总库CNKI、中华医学会全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台搜索2012年12月至2022年4月中医药治疗DKD的相关文献。选好要录入的文献后建立数据库,在中医传承计算平台V3.0(TCMICS V3.0)上统计治疗DKD药物的使用频率、性味归经、药物功效类别,并分析药物配伍规律及关联、聚类效果。结果:共整理出109首方剂,148味中药;四气以温、平、寒为主;五味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以脾、肝、肾三经为主;功效以补虚类、活血化瘀类、利水渗湿类为主;药物出现频次在10次及以上的中药共有36味,且以补虚类药物为主;药物组合中频次在10次及以上的有49组;整理后的109首方剂分为3个聚类。结论:DKD治疗药物中四气以温平寒、五味以甘苦辛者为多,归经以脾、肝、肾三经为主,用药特点为健脾补肾、活血化瘀、利水渗湿。Objective Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform,to explore the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes kidney disease(DKD) by contemporary physicians in the past 10 years.Methods The literatures related to the treatment of DKD by traditional Chinese medicine from 2012 to 2022 were searched in sinomed,CNKI,full-text database of Chinese Medical Association and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform.After the documents to be entered are selected,the database is established,and the frequency of use,nature,taste,meridian and drug efficacy categories of DKD drugs are counted on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform V3.0(tcmicv3.0),and the drug compatibility law,association and clustering effect are analyzed.Results A total of 109 prescriptions and 148 traditional Chinese medicines were sorted out;The four Qi are mainly warm,calm and cold;The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy;The three meridians of spleen,liver and kidney are the main meridians;The effects are mainly tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and promoting water and dampness;There were 36 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of 10 times or more,mainly tonic drugs;There were 49 groups with drug combination frequency of 10 times or more;The 109 first prescriptions were divided into 3 clusters.Conclusion In the treatment of DKD,most of the four Qi are warm and cold,and the five flavors are sweet and bitter.The meridians are mainly the spleen,liver and kidney.The characteristics of DKD are strengthening the spleen and kidney,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and promoting water and dampness.
