活血解毒方对干燥综合征ESR、CRP及IgM影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价活血解毒方是否可下调干燥综合征ESR、CRP及IgM的水平。方法:通过计算机检索万方、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、the Cochrane Librany数据库(检索时间为建库至2022年2月1日),收集活血解毒方治疗干燥综合征的随机对照实验。由两名研究者对文献进行筛选,提取资料,进行文献质量评价,分析纳入文献的偏倚后,使用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入符合要求的文献6篇,Meta分析显示,活血解毒方治疗组ESR[MD=-4.37,95%CI(-5.30,-3.44),P<0.00001]、CRP[MD=-1.66,95%CI(-1.95,-1.37),P<0.00001]、IgM[MD=-0.06,95%CI(-0.10,-0.02),P=0.002]的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而IgA[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.34,0.11),P=0.32]和IgG[MD=-1.06,95%CI(-2.51,0.39),P=0.15]与对照比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血解毒方可有效降低干燥综合征ESR、CRP及IgM的水平,为临床应用中药治疗干燥综合征提供依据。Objective To systematically evaluate whether Huoxue Jiedu Recipe can down-regulate the levels of ESR,CRP and IgM in Sjogren's syndrome.Methods Computer search of Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,CBM,Pubmed,the Cochrane Librany database(search time is from the establishment of the database until February 1,2022),Randomized controlled trials of Huoxue Jiedu Recipe in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome were collected.Two researchers screened the literature,extracted data,evaluated the quality of the literature,analyzed the bias of the included literature,and used RevMan 5.4 software for Meta analysis.Results A total of 6 papers that met the requirements were included.Meta-analysis showed that the levels of ESR[MD=-4.37,95%CI(-5.30,-3.44),P<0.00001],CRP[MD=-1.66,95%CI(-1.95,-1.37),P<0.00001]and IgM[MD=-0.06,95%CI(-0.10,-0.02),P=0.002]in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while IgA[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.34,-0.11),P=0.32]and IgG[MD=-1.06,95%CI(-2.51,-0.39),P=0.15]were not significantly different from those in controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu Recipe can effectively down-regulate the levels of ESR,CRP and IgM in Sjogren's syndrome.
