摘　　要：目的:探讨IPECE多专科循证护理查房模式对专科护士循证实践能力、批判性思维能力及职业认同感的影响。方法:采用IPECE多专科循证护理查房模式对某三级综合医院的70名专科护士进行干预,在干预前及干预9个月后使用循证实践知识态度行为量表、批判性思维能力量表和职业认同评定量表进行调查。结果:67名专科护士完成调查;干预后专科护士循证实践知识态度行为总分、批判性思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于干预前(P<0.001),职业认同感总分及维度得分在干预前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于IPECE多专科循证护理查房模式能有效提升专科护士循证实践知信行能力,提高其批判性思维能力。护理管理者应在日常管理中强调和持续支持护士循证实践,提高护士循证实践能力,进而增强其职业认同感,促进护理队伍的长期发展。Objective:To explore the application effect of IPECE multi-specialty evidence-based nursing round model in clinical specialized nurses′evidence-based practice ability,critical thinking ability and professional identity.Methods:A total of 70 clinical specialized nurses in a tertiary general hospital were investigated by IPECE multi-specialty evidence-based nursing round model.Before intervention and 9 months later,they were investigated by the Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese version and Professional Identity Scale for nurses.Results:67 clinical specialized nurses completed the survey.After the intervention,the total score and each dimension score of the evidence-based practice and critical thinking ability in clinical nurse specialist were significant higher than those before the intervention(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the total score and each dimension score of professional identity before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusions:IPECE multi-specialty evidence-based nursing round model can effectively improve clinical specialized nurses′ability of evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Nursing managers should emphasize and continuously support nurses′evidence-based practice in daily management,improve nurses′evidence-based practice ability,to enhance their professional identity and promote the long-term development of nursing team.
