摘  要:某石化企业2#乙烯裂解炉对流段LMPH模块进口弯头发生腐蚀开裂,影响装置正常工作。通过采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、腐蚀产物分析和扫描电镜观察等方法,确定了弯头失效的原因为硫化物和氯化物导致的应力腐蚀开裂,并提出了材质升级和改进弯头焊接工艺等措施。Corrosion cracking occurred at the inlet elbow of LMPH module in convection section of the No.2 ethylene cracking furnace in a petrochemical enterprise,which has brought considerable impact on the operation of unit.Through macroscopic ex⁃amination,chemical composition analysis,corrosion product analysis,and scanning electron microscopy observation,it was con⁃firmed that the failure reason of the elbow was stress corrosion cracking caused by sulfides and chlorides.Measures such as mate⁃rial upgrading and welding process improvement of the elbow were suggested.
