中国式现代化的内在逻辑:一个基于城乡融合发展的考察

摘　　要：“现代化”是众多国家实现整体发展面临的普遍命题。新中国成立以来,我国在发展实践中形成并推进了中国式现代化。本文在对现有文献梳理的基础上,阐释了中国式现代化的内在逻辑,强调中国式现代化是由“禀赋-目标-路径-制度”构成且四者之间存在紧密逻辑关联的完整体系。中国在发展禀赋、目标、路径、制度以及四者的组合方面具有独特性,这意味着中国式现代化是一个具有理论和实践基础的科学概念,它是一种区别于已有现代化实现方式的“新类型”。我国城乡融合发展为观察中国式现代化的内在逻辑提供了一个案例,我国城乡融合发展的历程体现出“禀赋-目标-路径-制度”四者之间的组合关系,中国式现代化的内在逻辑是通过包括城乡融合发展在内的各个具体领域得以彰显的。立足于对中国式现代化内在逻辑的理解,本文针对新征程上我国持续推进现代化事业和迈向高质量城乡融合发展提出了引申思考。“Modernization”is a common proposition faced by many countries in achieving overall development.Since the founding of New China,China has formed and promoted Chinese path to modernization in development practice.On the basis of combing the existing literature,this paper explains the internal logic of Chinese path to modernization,and emphasizes that Chinese modernization is a complete system composed of endowment,goal,path and institution,which is closely logically related.China has unique characteristics in developing endowment,goal,path,institution and the combination of the four,which means that Chinese modernization is a scientific concept with theoretical and practical basis,it's a“new type”that differs from existing modernization implementations.The integrated urban-rural development in China provides a“case”for observing the internal logic of Chinese path to modernization.The process of integrated urban-rural development in China reflects the combination of endowment,goal,path and institution.The internal logic of Chinese path to modernization is demonstrated through various specific fields,including the integrated urban-rural development.Based on the understanding of the internal logic of Chinese modernization,this paper proposes extended thinking on the new journey of China's sustainable modernization and high-quality urban-rural integration development.
