摘　　要：为解决异型包装卷烟机械化生产过程中存在的人工卸盘供料效率低等问题,设计了一种异型包装卷烟烟包卸盘机。该卸盘机由进料输送装置、托盘提升装置、烟包拾取装置、退盘装置等部分组成。托盘经进料输送装置和托盘提升装置输送至烟包拾取工位后,烟包拾取装置利用蜂巢式平面吸盘逐层吸附烟包并将烟包移动至卸载工位,空托盘则被输送至退盘装置中缓存后集中回收。通过对移动过程中的烟包进行受力分析,确定蜂巢式平面吸盘的微型吸孔数量为300个,孔径为4 mm。以昆明卷烟厂“大重九”条包生产专线为对象进行测试,结果表明:烟包卸盘机应用后,仅需配备1名操作人员即可完成作业,与应用前采用人工装填方式相比,可节约人工7人/班次,软包硬化卷烟和细支硬盒卷烟的产量分别提升4125、3500条/班次。该技术可为提升异型包装卷烟机械化生产水平提供支持。A tray unloader for special size cigarette packets was designed to improve the efficiency of cigarette packet unloading and feeding in the mechanized production process.The tray unloader consists of an infeed conveyor,a tray lifting device,a packet pickup device,and an emptied tray reservoir.By the infeed conveyor and the lifting device,the trays filled with cigarette packets are transported to the packet pickup station where the cigarette packets are picked up layer by layer by a honeycomb suction plate and transferred to an unloading station.The emptied trays are transported to the reservoir.By analyzing the force acting on the cigarette packets,it was found that the number of micro suction holes on the honeycomb suction plate was 300 with suction hole diameter of 4 mm.A test was conducted on the cartoning line of“Dachongjiu”cigarette brand at Kunming Cigarette Factory,and the results showed that only one operator was needed,it was 7 operators less than that in manual loading process.The production of stiff soft packet cigarettes and hard packet slim cigarettes increased by 4125 and 3500 cartons per shift,respectively.This technology supports the improvement of the mechanized production level of special size cigarette packets.
