摘 要:目的 将手性配体引入金属有机骨架材料中用来合成手性复合材料L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2)。将制备的L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2)作为吸附剂,采用紫外分光光度法对萘普生对映体进行手性识别与检测。方法 制备手性复合材料L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2),通过扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和圆二色谱等对其进行表征;使用紫外分光光度法检测萘普生对映体,考察了影响材料吸附效果的因素,并检测了实际水样中的萘普生对映体。结果 L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2)对萘普生对映体的去除率差异可达26.0%。结论 该方法制备的手性金属有机骨架材料可用于环境样品中萘普生对映体的识别。Objective Chiral ligands were introduced into metal-organic frameworks(Metal-Organic Frameworks,MOFs)to synthesize chiral composites materials L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2).Chiral identification and detection of naproxen enantiomers were carried out using L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2) as adsorbents by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Methods L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2) were prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and circular dichroism(CD).The enantiomers of naproxen were measured using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the factors affecting the adsorption of the material were investigated.And the enantiomers of naproxen in real water samples were examined.Results The experimental results showed that the removal rate of L-His-MIL-101(Cr)@SiO_(2)@dSiO_(2) to naproxen enantiomer was 26.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and the chiral composites prepared can be used for the identification of naproxen enantiomers in environmental samples.
