薏苡仁汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿腰痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察薏苡仁汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿腰痛的临床疗效。方法 120例寒湿腰痛患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各60例。对照组采用口服右旋酮洛芬肠溶片联合中药封包治疗;治疗组采用口服薏苡仁汤联合中药封包治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后行腰部日本骨科协会评估量表(JOA)评分及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果 治疗组JOA评分的改善优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的65.00%(P <0.05);两组治疗后ESR、CRP水平均降低(P <0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 薏苡仁汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿腰痛可明显改善腰部功能,显著缓解腰痛,显著降低机体的炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiyiren Decoction combined with traditional Chinese med⁃icine package in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbago.Methods:120 patients with cold-dampness lumbago were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral dexketoprofen enteric-coated tablets(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)combined with tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine package;the treatment group was treated with oral Yiyiren Decoction combined with tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine package.The lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scor,erythrocyte sedimen⁃tation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The improvement of JOA score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of clinical treatment in the treatment group and the control group were 85.00%and 65.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing ESR and CRP levels,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion:Yiyiren Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine package in the treatment of cold-damp⁃ness lumbago has obvious improvement of lumbar function,significant relief of low back pain,reduction of inflam⁃matory response of the body,and less side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
