建筑工程档案管理存在的问题及处理措施探析

摘　　要：近年来我国经济发展迅速,人民物质生活条件与对生活质量的要求也日渐提高,对居住环境自然也有所要求,这就为建筑企业提出了更高的要求,加之当前市场竞争激烈,解决管理工作中存在的问题,提高管理效率与质量成了建筑企业关注的焦点。在建筑工程管理工作中,涉及档案资料的相关管理工作均是较为重要的工作,建筑工程档案资料是不同项目活动与相关经验的集中体现,档案管理工作的质量与水平能够直接影响建筑企业的内部管理水平与经济效益。本文旨在就如何解决建筑工程档案管理工作中存在的问题展开探析,为实践提供参考。In recent years,China’s economy is developing rapidly,people’s material living conditions and the requirement for quality of life are also increasing,the requirement for living environment is accordingly increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for construction enterprises.In addition,the current market competition is fierce,solving the problems in the management work and improving the management efficiency and quality have become the focus of construction enterprises.In the construction engineering management work,the management work related to archival data is amore important work,construction engineering archival data is the concentrated embodiment of different project activities and related experience,the quality and level of archives management work can directly affect the internal management level and economic benefits of construction enterprises.This paper aims to analyze how to solve the problems in the management of construction engineering archives and provide reference for practice.
