路桥工程施工项目成本控制研究分析

摘　　要：随着各地区公路网加密工程的全面加速,道路桥梁企业也迎来机遇与风险。路桥项目施工周期长且施工地理环境恶劣,很难进行成本管控,路桥工程项目成本管理尤为重要。依托京秦高速公路A6标段工程开展项目成本控制研究,从优化技术方案、寻求降本增效的方法来保证高质量完成项目工作。With the comprehensive acceleration of road network encryption projects in various regions,road and bridge enterprises are also facing opportunities and risks.The construction cycle of road and bridge projects is long and the construction geographical environment is harsh,making it difficult to control costs,and cost management of road and bridge engineering projects is particularly important.Based on the A6 section of the Beijing Qinhuangdao Expressway project to conduct project cost control research,we aim to optimize technical solutions and seek methods to reduce costs and increase efficiency to ensure high-quality completion of project work.
