超长、超深基坑内支撑拆除要点分析

摘　　要：基于深圳太子湾新世界亲子购物坊与太子湾新世界艺术文化坊介绍支撑拆除施工技术。经过对拆撑方式、内支撑拆除施工部署要求、拆除顺序等节点进行反复论证优化,形成一套包含换撑梁施工、内支撑整体切割等关键控制点。对超长、超深基坑内支撑拆除工程进行固化做法及严密的管控验收,确保超长、超深内支撑拆除工程安全、高效,达到内支撑拆除及换撑工程的验收标准,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。This paper mainly introduces the demolition construction technology of Shenzhen Prince Bay New World Parent-child Shopping Mall and Prince Bay New World Art and Culture Plaza.After repeated demonstration and optimization of the dismantling method,the deployment requirements of the internal support demolition construction,the demolition sequence and other nodes,a set of key control points including the construction of the replacement brace beam and the overall cutting of the inner support were formed.Solidify the practice and strict control and acceptance of the ultra-long and ultra-deep foundation pit support demolition projects to ensure the safety and efficiency of the ultra-long and ultra-deep internal support demolition projects,meet the acceptance standards of the internal support demolition and replacement projects,and provide reference experience for similar projects.
