摘  要:以某生态酿酒项目工程为例,对穿芯棒法用于厂房框排架结构梁施工工艺进行了详细介绍。由于厂房框排架梁支撑架体搭设后,厂房纵向无施工通道,施工机械、泵车及材料运输车辆将无法进入厂房施工作业;在需要留设施工通道位置采用穿芯棒法代替钢管扣件支撑体系进行梁底支模,可在不预留结构的情况下保证施工机械及材料运输车辆的正常通行。Taking an ecological brewing project as an example,the construction technology of the through core rod method used for the frame bent structural beam of the factory building is introduced in detail.Due to the lack of construction access in the longitudinal direction of the plant after the erection of the frame bent beam support frame of the plant,construction machinery,pump trucks,and material transportation vehicles will not be able to enter the plant for construction operations.The core rod method is used to replace the steel pipe fastener support system for beam bottom formwork support at locations where construction channels need to be reserved,which can ensure the normal passage of construction machinery and material transportation vehicles without reserving the structure.
