摘  要:以南通高速79–2号后张拉预应力预制箱梁,验证预应力孔道摩擦阻力设计参数,指导预制箱梁预应力钢束的张拉。选用腹板N1~N4钢束进行金属管道摩擦阻力损失试验,通过最小二乘法原理,根据试验数据计算预应力孔道摩擦阻力与金属波纹管壁的摩擦系数,调整张拉控制应力。以孔道每米局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数,向梁体精确施加有效应力。The post tensioned prestressed precast box girder 79-2 of Nantong Expressway is used to verify the design parameters of the friction resistance of the prestressed duct,guide the tensioning of the prestressed steel tendons of the precast box girder,select its web N1~N4 steel tendons for the metal pipe friction loss test,calculate the friction coefficient between the friction resistance of the prestressed duct and the metal corrugated pipe wall according to the test data through the principle of the least square method,and adjust the tension control stress.Accurately apply effective stress to the beam body based on the coefficient of influence of local deviation per meter of the channel on friction.
